This Live Online Workshop will teach you the fundamentals of breathing – soft – silent – deep – nosebreathing restoration and performance. Calming your organism down and preventing it form mechanical, chemical and psychological damage as well as giving it back one of the most important pillars of health and fitness.
What is Oxygen Advantage?
A system for the renovation and progressive enhancement of the basic human breathing habit.
The knowledge about the mechanical, chemical and psychological relationship between Nosebreathing and Mouthbreathing.
It provides the tools to measure and recover from stuffy nose, stress breathing, sleep disorders, anxiety and much more.
Through the transformation of food and movement, the human skull lost quite a bit in size. Crooked teeth are common and bring pain, but the nose and the nasal cavity are collapsing and the nasal septum is bulking. On top of this, sitting posture and all day business favor the sneaky, creepy, hidden burden of mouth breathing. We know from about 30 functions of the nose and just two of the mouth – eating and supporting or compensating the nose.
In any stage of breathing related problems, Nosebreathing and the regulation of CO2, O2 and NOX is mandatory to improve many aspects.
